A 25-year old man is wanted by Manchester Police after he allegedly grabbed a 15-year old girl on her way home last month and tried to pull down her pants.
According to Manchester Police, Jermaine Kelly, 25, is wanted on charges of risk of injury to a minor, second-degree unlawful restraint and criminal attempt of fourth-degree sexual assault after he grabbed the arm of a 15-year old girl while she was walking home on March 20, 2013, and then tried to pull down her pants. Police said the girl was able to fight Kelly off and then run for help.
Kelly is describe as approximately 5'10", 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair and three tattoos on his arms. He was also arrested last December for grabbing the buttocks of a female jogger.
Kelly is known to frequent the areas of Manchester, East Hartford, Glastonbury and Hartford, according to police.
