I've spent my entire 37 year career in the Food and Hospitality Business. Marriott International is where I was a Chef and spent 20 years in Hotels. For 2 years I worked for Marriott Senior Living. I was a VP of Food and Dining for Village Retirement Communities for 5 years, a Regional Dining Director for Benchmark Senior Living operating 26 Kitchens and Dining Rooms for 7 years and am currently with Unidine Corporation as a District Manager of New England.

I am a Scout Leader in Manchester now for 12 years in a local Troop and I direct/coach an Off Season Hockey Program locally.

My wife and I have made Manchester our home for the last 22 years. She works here in town for the Food and Nutrition Program.

Our children all attended school here and are all High School Graduates. Our oldest son spent 6 years in the Army and now works for General Dynamics in Huntsville Alabama. Our oldest daughter graduated Eastern Ct State and works for the CT Dept. of Sustainable,Energy. Your youngest daughter is Jr at UHart and our youngest son attends UMaine in Orono.
