David Skoczulek, Neighbor

David Skoczulek is the Director of Business Development and Community Relations for the Ambulance Service of Manchester and Aetna Ambulance Service of Hartford, the largest commercial ambulance provider in greater Hartford. In this role he interfaces with the community as well as the eight hospitals and over 100 skilled nursing facilities in the company's service area. Skoczulek is the Chairman of the Board for North Central District Health Department, the Vice President of the North Central Area Agency on Aging and the Rotary Club of Manchester respectively. He was a 2011 Health Leadership Fellow with the Connecticut Health Foundation, is a Board Member of the Connecticut Public Health Association and lives in Vernon.
