Town of Manchester Assessment and Collection Office

Located in Town Hall, the Assessment and Collection Office is responsible for establishing a fair, accurate taxable value for all real estate, personal property and motor vehicles in town which is achieved through periodic five-year property revaluations. Resident can utilize the office to verify the taxable value of property or dispute an assessment. John Rainaldi serves as the director of assessment and collection.
