Founded in 1963, Manchester Community College is located on a sprawling, picturesque 160-acre campus on Bidwell Street. MCC offers students of any age the opportunity to pursue more than 90 degrees and certificates at affordable tuition rates while still adhering to a high level of academic standards. The college serves more than 15,000 each year, but the institution makes small class sizes a priority. Classes begin as early as 8 am and can go to as late as 9:35 pm, and include weekend and online offerings, giving students the opportunity to create flexibility schedules around work, family life and other priorities. The campus includes a library, a television studio, a 350-seat auditorium, an art gallery and studio, a fitness center and numerous playing fields used for the college's four NJCAA Division III sports teams (men's and women's soccer, women's basketball and men's baseball). Great Path Academy, a magnet school for grades 10-12, is also located on the MCC campus.
