Mt. Nebo Park

A former ski area that was razed to make way for Interstate 384 in the late 1960s, Mt. Nebo Park is now a large recreation area off Spring Street near the town's Water and Sewer Department. The park includes a baseball diamond, Matthew M. Moriarty Field, and a football field, the Denny Carlin Memorial Football Field. Both can be reserved through the Recreation Department.
