I've been meeting many students who are living with serious medical concerns and have goals of feeling better. In a recent session a student shared with me, "I was thinking to myself - You can do this at home, what's wrong with you for needing someone to tell you to relax." This is an honest, understandable and quite "normal" mental stream. Have you had this very same thought?
