Finding Calm During the Chaos

Too busy to take care of yourself this holiday season? BA! Here's something to help you chill out so you can enjoy making memories. Peace to all.

Many people I've met during that last two weeks are overwhelmed with the holiday season. Some come to public yoga classes, others deeply need One-on-One sessions and I even had an office call me for an emergency visit this week. Creating quiet time for yourself will help the you "get it together" and end the year a on a really good note.

All this tells me that some of us are making the best use of our time right now regardless of what's happening outside in the world at large. Please congratulate yourself for taking good care of yourself. Just as important is to give yourself a break when you forget to slow down. We have to "practice" this work.

For some it's easier to calm down; others say they can't relax and by the end of our visit they report, "I've never been this relaxed, I need to visit again."
