Do I Have to Practice?

If you have been feeling overrun by your schedule and as if there's NO TIME FOR YOU...it's YOUR time to practice yoga.

Do you find yourself waking up feeling anxious? Do you feel that you aren't allowed to feel tired/run down? Do you wish there were more hours in your day for YOU?

If you answered yes to one of these questions then YES you have to practice. We are very hard on ourselves and you deserve to FEEL BETTER, FEEL HAPPIER...even SATISFIED with your life.

If the cynic inside your head is thinking "how silly," "how selfish," "how arrogant," then it's time for you to taste the beauty of your life and free yourself of your limiting beliefs.

Practicing Yoga will make your physical BODY STRONGER and healthier. You don't need to know one thing to get started. Many yoga studios including my YogaBorn studio in South Windsor, can help you realize the desire to feel more alive and from that desire the answers will present themselves. TRUST yourself to step out of 2011 eager to be BETTER TO YOURSELF than you have in awhile.
