Valentines for Kids
Saturday, 10 a.m. - Don't go to the store to buy your valentines this year! Kids can make their own unique and personal Valentine's Day cards inspired by valentines from long ago at the CHS. Tap for Sap
Saturday, 10 a.m. - Come to Northwest Park’s Sugar House and get rid of your “cabin fever.” Learn all about the history and process of maple sugaring during “Tap for Sap.” Meet in the sugar house and local maple sugaring expert, Chuck Drake will involve everyone in the history of maple sugaring and the process of tree identification and tapping. This event is free. The sugar house will be 
open each Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. during the months of 
February and March, ending with the annual pancake breakfast on March 22 from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Visit www.townofwindsorct.com or call

Juried Photography Exhibit

Saturday, 1 p.m. - The Vernon Community Arts Center is hosting its 2nd Annual Juried Photography Exhibition, featuring more than 75 spectacular photographs culled from over 200 entrants. Come enjoy a fascinating collection of landscapes, portraits, natural history and abstract images in a broad range of formats and techniques. This exhibition is showing Thursdays through Sundays, 1 p.m. until 5 p.m., until Feb. 22. Don’t miss this exciting display by Connecticut artists! Entrance is free and all ages are welcome.

Collaborative Cafe for Artists and Art Lovers
Saturday, 7 p.m. - The Vernon Community Arts Center will host its 2nd Collaborative Cafe from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. Come enjoy live music, unlimited coffee, and collaborative arts projects. Admission is $5.

Winter Pops Concert

Saturday, 7:30 p.m. - The Ross Novgrad Trio will perform. Doors open at 7 p.m. The concert is sponsored by the South Windsor Public Library and the Friends of the South Windsor Public Library. Seniors (60+) and the disabled can call Human Services at 860-648-6361 by Wednesday to arrange for a ride.
