5th Annual Manchester Dog Festival Set for Saturday

This year's event will feature more than 20 vendors.

The fifth annual Manchester Dog Festival will be held Saturday, Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Glove Hollow on Spring Street.

The festival, with a rain date of Sunday,  Sept. 9, brings together dog enthusiasts from all over for a fun day of doggy (and human!) recreation and activities.

The event will feature exhibitors promoting canine educational materials, demonstrations representing doggie abilities, MDOG’s 5th Annual Recall Races, family-fun activities, educational materials promoting responsible dog ownership, a silent auction to raise funds for MDOG, & Manchester Recreation Department’s Bi-Annual K9 Kerplunk Dog Swim.

The event is being put on by the Manchester Dog Owners Group, a non-profit Manchester-based organization dedicated to all things doggy.
