Ages 5-10 - Get your body moving and build your stamina in this winter-

themed fitness class that will explore activities and sports of the season. We will incorporate games, cool moves, and even a few dance steps. This class will be sure to warm you up, energize your body, and give you ideas to try at home when you are stuck indoors this winter.
