Party Hearty Zumbathon

St. Laurent Health and Performance, LLC is excited to announce that we are hosting a Party Hearty Zumbathon®  to raise money for the American Heart Association and the “Go Red” movement. Bring your energy and smiles and come “Feel the Beat Por Tu Corazon!”  The event will include healthy snacks, door prizes, educational material on heart disease and of course, an energetic and stimulating Zumba® class for all exercise levels and experiences. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Advanced registration is suggested as space is limited! If you would like to make an additional donation, please make checks payable to the “American Heart Association.”
