Free Strength Training Class

Come take Team Strength with us this Thursday, 4:30-5:15 PM at no cost to meet our fitness team and check out the new studio of St. Laurent Health and Performance! Team Strength is a muscular fitness group exercise class. We take traditional resistance training, add some fun music, positive energy, and mix in a variety of techniques to improve your muscular strength and endurance.
