An informational meeting for parents and guardians of eighth-graders who are entering high school next fall is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. in Room 293 of the Freshmen Center at Manchester High School.
Principal Matt Geary, Grade 9 Assistant Principal Jim Farrell and Guidance Director Dave Stetson will be available to answer questions, as will current MHS students.
Current eighth-graders are welcome to attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The event will use a “drop-in” format, as visitors can arrive at any time and stay as long as they would like. Refreshments will be served. In case of bad weather, the event will be held Thursday, Feb. 28.
