Manchester, CT -  March 9, 2011  - 

The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Webster Bank, and Manchester Community College will present  “Hiring and Retaining the Right  People,” a workshop for employers on Tuesday, March 29, at  the Adams Mill Restaurant &  Banquet Facility, 165 Adams Street, Manchester. Registration and breakfast is at  7:30 am. The program begins at  8 am. This is the first of three seminars being sponsored by Webster Bank for Manchester employers.

Presented by Ryan McEleny, Program Manager and Vice President, Human Resources; Becky Lowry, HR Business Partner, and Lynn Thompson, Senior Recruiter for Webster Bank, this interactive  workshop will provide research, insights and concepts applicable to businesses of all sizes and in any industry. Discussions will center on building, marketing and reinforcing an employee value proposition that attracts the right people and keeps them actively engaged in your company.
