East Catholic High School in Manchester is pleased to announce that Senior Grace Gothers has signed an Athletic Letter of Intent to continue her athletic career in Indoor Track, Outdoor Track and Cross Country at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT.
Grace placed second in the Class SS meets for four years in a row for Cross Country. She also received all-state, all-academic, and all-conference honors for the last four years. Grace was also Captain of her Cross Country Team for senior year at East Catholic. She placed in the top 10 in the Class S Meets for the last four years for Indoor Track and placed 16th in the New England Meet in 2012.
In addition to Grace’s participation in Cross Country and Track she has been active in Student Government and community service at East Catholic. Grace is also an accomplished Irish Step Dancer who has performed in many competitions as a member of Griffith Academy from Wethersfield, CT.
