Monday, March 28 

The Manchester Redevelopment Agency has a special meeting scheduled for 7:30 a.m. to discuss the next steps in its strategy to redevelop and revitalize the Broad Street area of town. The meeting will be held in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, 494. Main St. 

The Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room. The school board's agenda includes discussion on a possible uniform policy at Illing Middle School and changes to the school year calendar that could see the elimination of February vacation.

The Permanent Memorial Day Committee will meet from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Manchester Room of Town Hall, 41 Center St., to discuss plans for the town's upcoming Memorial Day celebration.

Gov. Dannel P. Malloy will hold a Town Hall meeting at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Manchester Community College to discuss his proposed budget and hear feedback from residents. It will be Malloy's 12th of 19 planned meetings across the state. 

Wednesday, March 30 

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room.
