Gov. Dannel P. Malloy plans to stop in Manchester Monday to tour Atlantic Canvas & Awning at 42 Hilliard St.
The stop, scheduled for 11 a.m., is one of four throughout the state that Malloy will make on Monday to "highlight job growth at the companies."
According to his office, Malloy's tour - which also includes stops in Hartford, Meriden and Stamford - legislation introduced during the current legislative session to "extend the popular Small Business Express Program, which he signed into law in 2011 and provides loans and grants to help small businesses spur job creation and growth."
