Holiday closings

Holiday Closings: Town of Manchester Offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Mon., September 5, 2011. Mary Cheney Library and Whiton Memorial Library will be open from 1-5pm only on Fri. Sept. 2 and will be closed Sat. Sept. 3 through Mon. Sept. 5. Trash will not be collected on Sept. 5 and will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week.
