An East Hartford man is facing drug charges, among other things, after he was arrested by South Windsor police Tuesday.
Carlos Cabrera, 24, of 233 Ellington Road, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, possession of cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.
Cabrera allegedly had on him nine bags of cocaine totalling 2.65 grams when he was arrested, according to police spokesman Sgt. Scott Custer.
He was held on a $7,000 surety bond and will be presented at Superior Court in Manchester today.
