Sobriety Checkpoint Scheduled This Weekend
Law enforcement will be conducting a checkpoint on Buckland Hills Drive.
The Manchester Police Department has planned a sobriety checkpoint Saturday and early Sunday on Buckland Hills Drive, near Red Robin, according to The Hartford Courant.
The checkpoint is scheduled from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., the Courant reported, with police stopping drivers in both directions.
This extra enforcement comes on the heels of two recent fatal crashes in the Buckland area, one on June 7 and one on June 8, the Courant reported.
