Police Recover Computers Stolen From Bowers Elementary School

Manchester Police said Monday that they had recovered all the computers stolen from Bowers Elementary School last November, valued at about $20,000.

Manchester Police said Monday that they had recovered all of the computers and other items stolen from Bowers Elementary School back in November of 2012.

According to a statement released by Capt. Christopher Davis, the department's spokesman, officers responded to a suspicious activity complaint on Jan. 20 at an abandoned residence at 38 Hillside St. and discovered 14 Apple laptop computers, two Apple desktop computers and other electronic items in an unlocked shed attached to the home.

Davis said the items were identified as those stolen from Bowers Elementary School last November, and after an inventory was conducted it was determined that all items stolen from the school had been recovered. No arrests were made as a result of the discover, and the burglary investigation is still ongoing.
