Police Charge West Middle Turnpike Man With Operating a Drug Factory Out of His Car

20-year old Adolfo Rodriguez is facing a number of drug related offenses after his arrest Monday.

Manchester Police arrested a 20-year old Manchester man Monday and charged with him a litany of drug offenses, including operating an illegal drug factory out of his car and the prohibited sale of marijuana. 

Members of the East Central Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant on a 2002 blue Ford Explorer belonging to Adolfo Rodriguez Monday after receiving a tip that drug activity was occurring out of the vehicle. Rodriguez, 20, resides at 430 West Middle Tpke. 

Police said they seized over three ounces of marijuana, packaging, scales and $363 in cash from the vehicle. Police also seized Rodriguez's vehicle.

Rodriguez was charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and possession of drug paraphernalia and held him on a $50,000 bond. Police also served Rodriguez with two separate warrants for the sale of marijuana, each totaling a $100,000 bond.
