Vistoria Tromley, no age given, of 15 Hawley St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Robin G. Bittner, no age given, of 33 Trebbe Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

April 1

Shane H. Wilson, 82 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with failure to verify his address as a sex offender.

Keith Thurman McLennon, no age given, of 61 Brookline Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with 49 counts of violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Alberto Torres, 21, of 24 Fairfield Ave., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation.

Sharla Watson, no age given, of 18 Wedgewood St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Alexander Velazquez, no age given, of 178 Stonington St. Apt. A, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
