Manchester Police Blotter: Violation of a Protective Order, Burglary and Assault

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 27, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 24

Johnny Figueroa, 26, of 65 Seaman Circle, Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, unlawful strangulation and unlawful restraint after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. 

Jeffrey Hicks, no age given, of 713 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with five counts of failure to appear.

Carlos Quiles Jr., no age given, of 49 Shaun Dr., Bristol, was charged with operating under suspension and possession of marijuana. 

Bujar Gashi, no age given, of 519 Misty Meadows Blvd., Hartford, was charged with six-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's.

Nadine B. Larmond-Lang, no age given, of 51 John Olds Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dean J. Rice, no age given, of 143 Benton St., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without the owner's permission. 

Elizabeth Jean Riddick, no age given, of 34 Willard St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, third-degree assault and breach of peace after police say she was caught stealing clothing from Macy's and fought with the loss prevention officer. 

February 25

Qammar Khan, no age given, of 67 Cambridge St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Abraham Mahmoud, 20, of 232 Jordan Lane, Wethersfield, was charged with creating a public disturbance and possession of liquor by a minor. 

David Carrion, no age given, of 52 Lasalle St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace, third-degree assault, third-degree robbery and possession of a shoplifting device after police say he was caught shoplifting at Hollister in the mall and fought with loss prevention personnel. 

George Luis Rivera, no age given, of 33 Rowe Ave., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order, criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and first-degree burglary. 

Odyssey Monique Williams, no age given, of 474 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Walmart. 

February 26

Bryanna Rose Mitchell, no age given, of 138 School St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Sergio Chaz Gillespie, no age given, of 45 Victoria Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and third-degree assault. 

Kurt L. O'Brien, no age given, of 252 Bush Hill Rd., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Miguel A. Ramus, no age given, of 1021 Ayslum Ave., Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Steven Jonn Plefka, no age given, address not given, of Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary and simple trespass. 

Ardra M. Roux, no age given, of 87 April Dr., Glastonbury, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace after police say she got into a fight at All Stars Sports Bar and Grill.

February 27

Taiishima Monique Harrison, 30, of 29 Holmes St., Manchester, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Patrick Thomas Mesker, no age given, of 210 North Main St., Marlborough, was charged with failure to appear. 

Gerald William Walker, of 43 Cambridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jahlarbrium Moses Richardson, 19, of 27 Highview St., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Paul J. Campbell, no age given, of 63 Timber Hill Rd., Cromwell, was charged with driving under the influence.
