Manchester Police Blotter: Woman Locks Boyfriend in Closet, and Other Arrests

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of July 31, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Police arrested Janese N. Taylor, no age give, of 96 Valley St. July 31 and charged her with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, interfering with police, and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Police say that Taylor locked her boyfriend in a closet as part of a domestic dispute, and he had to call 911 to get out.

July 29

Lynette Ferrara, no age given, of 905 Burnside Ave. #A12, East Hartford, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Robert Joseph Dowling, no age given, addressed listed as the South Park Inn shelter in Hartford, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and on three counts of failure to appear.

Traniece Corina Veal, no age given, of 71 Starkweather St., Manchester, was charged with third degree assault, threatening and disorderly conduct.

Lonyka Brown, no age given, of 27 Sharren Dr., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Michael Edward Wrobel, no age given, of 5 Franklin St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Reginald B. Miles, no age given, of 239 Deepwood Dr., Amston, CT, was charged with driving under the influence, following too close, and failure to have auto insurance after a motor vehicle accident.

July 30

Evlyn Cruz, no age given, of 12 Arch St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of breach of peace after police say she struck her daughter several times and then threatened to kill herself with a knife.

Mark P. Ruotolo, no age given, of 143 Highwood Dr., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after police say he punched his roommate during an argument.

Wendy Lou Jones, no age given, of 94 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic incident with her husband.

Michael Francis Jones, no age given, of 94 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic incident with his wife.

Ronald Lee Mapp, no age given, of 34 Willard St. #316, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, fraudulent use of a credit card, and fifth-degree larceny.

July 31

Ian Julian Pinto, 47 Burton St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace, unlawful restraint and third-degree strangulation.

Glenndale Barnes, no age given, of 125 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Johan Russell Badrigian, no age given, of 95 Paul Manafort Dr., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Home Depot.

Ian Gabourel, no age given, of 25 Goslee Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after a domestic incident with his girlfriend.

Melissa Denise Rivera, no age given, of 25 Goslee Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after a domestic incident with her boyfriend.
