Manchester Police Blotter: Violation of Protective Orders, Trespassing and DUI Arrests

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 5, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 4

Timothy Hottois, no age given, of 130 Vernon Ave. #N3, Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence after police say he crashed his car at the end of John Olds Drive.

Donald House, no age given, of 45 Burnbrook Rd., East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence.

Denise Frances Labonte, 42, of 52 Charis Rd., Manchester, was charged with issuing a bad check.

Rebecca Skye Johnson, 34, of 19 Westerly St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police.

David Lee Franklin, 35, of 22 Jarvis Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, identity theft, criminal impersonation and fraudulent use of an ATM.

Michael Laurent Corriveau, no age given, of 886 Main St. #806, East Hartford, was charged with third-degree trespass.

John Joseph Messier, no age given, of Sherman Ave., East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order and third-degree trespass.

Latoya A. Laurence, no age given, of 65 Ashford St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.

April 5

Michael Corriveau, no age given, of 886 Main St. Apt. 803, Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

David Alan Lilly, 185 Pine St. Apt. 112, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, failure to keep a reasonable distance in a vehicle and speeding after a traffic stop at the corner of Spring and South Main streets.

Michele Daunis, no age given, of 70 Summer St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Adrienne N. Belton, no age given, of 1G Townhouse Rd., Broadbrook, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to keep a reasonable distance in a vehicle.

Andrew N. Alvarado, no age given, of 805 Forbes St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Andrew Gregory Drezek, no age given, of 65 Mohawk St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say they found Drezek in possession of $300 worth of stolen goods from Home Deport and a heroin needle.

Michael David Potvin, no age given, listed as “homeless,” was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with police, third-degree robbery and violation of probation after police say he stole $162 worth of items from Home Depot and gave a false name to hide an active warrant.

Donald Ray Shaw II, no age given, of 822 Main St. Unit 4, Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of a restraining order.

Jose A. Madera Aviles, no age given, of 93A North St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and two counts of disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance.
