The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Aug. 9, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

August 5

Georgetta Nicole Rivers, 129 South St. 2nd Fl., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Jill Linda Cardone, no age given, of 41 Wells Ave., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor for allegedly shoplifting at Hollister’s in the mall.

Ryan Jacob Morin, no age given, of 586 Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

August 6

Wayne Fodor, no age given, of 43 Lilac St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after police say he hit his stepdaughter.

Jack Hannon, no age given, of 285 North St., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.

Francisco Rodriguez, no age given, of 141 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Sapan Michael Pereira, no age given, of 426 Middle Turnpike West Apt. 150, was charged with failure to appear.

Seth Conant, no age given, of 1044 Plymouth St., Windsor, was charged with speeding, reckless driving, evasion of responsibility in a motor vehicle accident, and risk of injury to a minor.

Jose L. Camacho, no age given, of 607 Sisson Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of failure to appear after he was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sears.

Reginald Leach, no age given, address listed as “homeless,” was charged with two counts of violation of probation after police say he caused a disturbance on a Connecticut Transit Bus.

Leslie A. Cruz-Oxios, no age given, of 139 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Michael Ashline, no age given, of 88 Columbus St., East Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, speeding, and evasion of responsibility in an accident.

Jared Grande, no age given, of 411 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

August 7

Anthony Peter Calvelli, no age given, of 286 Burritt St. Apt. 1N, New Britain, was charged with fifth-degree larceny after police say he fraudulently returned $590 worth of windows to Home Depot.

Damon Smith, no age given, listed as “homeless,” was charged with first-degree trespassing and failure to submit.

George H. Ledbetter, no age given, of 45 Oakland Terrace, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Sears.

Yesenia Acosta, no age given, of 512 Center St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance with her husband.

Efrain Acosta, no age given, of 512 Center St., was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance with his wife.

Raymond P. Jenack, no age given, of 117 Middle Turnpike East, Manchester, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, evading responsibility in a motor vehicle accident, and failure to grant the right of way while exiting from a driveway.

Damon Smith, 51 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he failed to pay a $35 cab fare.

Francine Darlene Burton, no age given, of 90 Ellsworth Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.

Emery A. Santora, no age given, of 524 E. Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after police say she punched her husband. 

August 8

Brandi I. Howley, no age given, of 59 Park St., Stafford Springs, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears and Newbury Comics at the Shoppes at Buckland Hills Mall.

Charles K. Eason, no age given, of 186 Tudor Lane, Manchester, was charged with four counts of first-degree sexual assault, four counts of second-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace, two counts of making false statements, and interfering with police.

Avi-Yannia M. Jones, 21, of 606 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing.

August 9

Collin John Kenney, 20, of 46 Douglas Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, and breach of peace after police say he was caught shoplifting at Home Depot and fought with the store’s loss prevention officers.

Tyler Reece Dube, no age given, of 85A Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Walter C. World, no age given, of 138 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Rosalyn L. Kelley, no age given, of 138 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Stephanie Grondahl, no age given, of 225 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Roy Hayes, 52, of 20 Union St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Nicholas M. Rustic, no age given, of 225 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.
