Manchester Police Blotter: Violation of Protective Orders, Resisting Arrest and Drug Busts

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of June 4, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

June 3

Scott A. Swanson, no age given, of 19 Ridgewood St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, driving under the influence, evading responsibility in an accident, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without a license and failure to renew a registration. 

Daryl L. Ledbetter, no age given, of 8 Rachel Rd., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Juan Pablo Vasquez, no age given, of 15 Central Ave. Apt. 17, East Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation, first-degree forgery, failure to insure a motor vehicle, evading responsibility in an accident, falsifying a license or registration, reckless driving, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

June 4

Angelo Vazquez, no age given, of 8 Ridegewood St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, possession of heroin and violation of a protective order. 

Mildred Yvette Eldridge, no age given, of 1254 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Lauren A. Hopkins, no age given, of 8 Ridgewood St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Sheryl Ann Stewart-Ferguson, no age given, of 76 Madison Ave., Hartford, was charged with issuing a bad check. 

Tywine Harrell, no age given, of 124 Maplewood AVe., West Hartford, was charged with two counts of breach of peace. 

James Edward Paholsky, no age given, of 38 Lakewood Rd., East Hampton, was charged with evading responsibility in a motor vehicle accident. 

Corey Devon Randolph, no age given, of 86 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, evading responsibility in a motor vehicle accident, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and attempted assault of a public safety, emergency medical or public transit personnel. 

Anthony Javon Gibson, no age given, of 15 Forest St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and violation of a protective order. 

Antonio Martin Lingad, no age given, of 245 Center St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.
