The following arrest reports as provided by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Oct. 22, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 20

Monique Rosa, no age given, of 59 Chapman St., Willimantic, was charged with breach of peace.

Thomas E. Gaskins Jr., no age given, of 29 Brook Lane, Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct and illegal possession of a hallucinogen.

Michael J. Shannon, no age given, of 49 Flower St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Geoffrey D. Willard, 38, of 945 Tolland Tpke., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Rachael J. Suydam, no age given, of 87 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Trokeisha Ronnell Williams, no age given, of 109 Cedar St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of violation of probation.

David L. Bompart, no age given, of 260 Sisson Ave. Apt. 6, Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Levonne A. Evans, no age given, of 246 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Laurel Mary Martocci, no age given, address listed as “homeless,” Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to pay or plead to an infraction.

Gregory N. Stevens, no age given, of 97 Thomaston St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and breach of peace for shoplifting at Bob’s Stores and Walmart and running from the stores’ loss prevention officers.

Gilberto Rivera, no age given, of 449 Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment after police say he threatened his ex-girlfriend over the phone and in person.

October 22

Daniel Lawrence Schultz, no age given, of 481 Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief after police say he broke his girlfriend’s window during a dispute.

Christopher Michael Landne, no age given, of 90 Holl St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor after police say he hosted a large party with a child present.

Dawn A. Louis, no age given, of 41 Glenn Rd. Apt. C6, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Sears.
