May 28 

Michael Francis Jones, no age given, of 166 Main St., Manchester, was charged with four counts of violation of a protective order. 

Jessica R. Mataulaitis, no age given, of 49 Edward St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief.

Meloddi J. Ellison, no age given, of 336 Center Rd. Apt. 20B, Vernon, was charged with fourth-degree larceny. 

Devon A. Scott, no age given, of West Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, assault of public safety, emergency medical or public transit personnel and second-degree threatening after police say he caused a disturbance at Home Depot and threatened to kill the store's employees.

Marilyn M. Shurick, no age given, of 150 Center St., Manchester, was charged with risk of a injury to a minor, criminal attempt and fourth-degree sexual assault. 

Shaquanna E. Grate, no age given, of 87 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and identity theft. 

Jesse Michael Longuay, no age given, of 135 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

May 30 

Luis Angel Ramos, no age 42, of 127 Prospect St., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and evading responsibility in an accident. 

Dottie N. Ellison, no age given, of 19 Hall St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

John-Peter Arnold King, no age given, of 35 Stoughton Rd., East Windsor, was charged with breach of peace. 

Zachary Joseph Jurewicz, no age given, of 75 Duncaster Lane, Vernon, was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief. 

Charles M. Kelechan, no age given, of 801 Alexander Dr., East Hartford, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence. 

Romulus Damon LaBelle, no age given, of 1 Main St., Manchester, was charged with four counts of failure to appear and interfering with police. 

Matthew Robert Forbes Sr., no age given, of 63 Deerfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Jared Moises McFarlane, no age given, of 96 Sycamore Lane, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Laquanna Watkins, no age given, of 2443 Main St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Khad'jan Rajean Baldwin, no age given, of 33 Congress St. Apt. C, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. 

Chantesha S. King, no age given, of 232 Sigourney St. Apt. 413, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
