Manchester Police Blotter: Vernon Man Threatens To "Commit Another Hartford Distributors Incident"

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 27, 2011. Items on this list reflect charged filed, not convictions.

Jason Bradley probably wishes he just kept his mouth shut. According to the Manchester Police Department, Bradley, of 155 West Main St., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening after he told his wife’s ex-employer that the would “commit another Hartford Distributors incident.” Bradley was arrested at his residence on Feb. 25 and held on a $25,000 bond. He is due to appear in court on March 10. Police did not give his age.

Stephen Spinelli, no age given, of 60 Forbes St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief after a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend.

Joshua Farr, no age given, of 97 Woodland St., Manchester, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, failure to carry a license and failure to renew his license.

Adam J. Rutherford, no age given, of 16 Proctor Rd., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kelly L. Armstrong, no age given, of 16 Rogers Lane, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Big Y.

February 26

David Brower, no age given, of 63 Summit St. Unit 14, Manchester, was charged with speeding, erratic driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John Edward Thomas, no age given, of 3236 Wethersfield Ave. Apt. B, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, operating a vehicle without a license, operating a vehicle without registration and failure to carry insurance after allegedly shoplifting $425 worth of perfume from Macy’s. Thomas was also found to have a previous warrant with additional larceny charges.

Craig E. Clark, no age given, of 1380 East St., New Britain, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

February 27

Alex D. Hare, no age given, of 215 Briarwood Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after a physical altercation with his brother.

Robert J. Leonowicz, no age given, of 143 Cliffside Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Stop & Shop.

Ronnie Dale Allen, no age given, of 10 Cottage St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace for a dispute with his wife. Police say that Allen broke a window, kicked in a door and threatened his wife, and that alcohol was involved.

Pablo Antonio Zoniga Jr., no age given, of 9 Ensign St., East Hartford, turned himself in on a previous larceny warrant.

Radamez J. Caraballo, 20, of 27 Esquire Dr., Manchester, turned himself in on a previous warrant out of Hartford for violation of a town ordinance.

Miguel A. Hernandez, no age given, of 4 Hunter Rd., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Thomas C. Shapiro, 19, of 20 Arnold Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after he crashed into a floodlight and stonewall at the entrance to 465 Buckland Hills Dr.
