Raymond Charles Hodgdon, no age given, of 1 Schwanda Rd., Staffordville, CT, was charged with criminal trespassing and breach of peace.
Kevin Anthony Costa Jr., no age given, of 109 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening, breach of peace and harassment after police say he placed several threatening phone calls to a victim.

Richard M. Rogers, no age given, of 476 Middle Turnpike East, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and breach of peace after police say he chased a woman and attempted to grad her purse.
Paul James Solarz, no age given, of 168 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after police say they were called twice to the Center Motel because Solarz was repeatedly causing a disturbance and bothering the other guests.
