Manchester Police Blotter: Threatening, Unlawful Restraint and Criminal Impersonation

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of August 30, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

August 29 

Richard Jimmy Sanville, no age given, of 191 Village Hill Rd., Willington, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call and interfering with police. 

Christopher M. Parrott, no age given, of 27 East Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Francisco V. Cruz, no age given, of 26 Beacon St. Apt. 3, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Eric Mejia, no age given, of Main Street, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening, unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment and first-degree criminal trespass.

Nakeisha R. Glover-Searsey, no age given, of 262 Cornwall St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

David I. Rodriguez, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and as a fugitive from justice.

Swenlly Blanco, no age given, of 208 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Nicole Kleczek, no age given, of 59 North St., Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Angel Rios, no age given, of 23 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction. 

August 30 

Lindsey Erin Pagan, no age given, of 605 North Windham Rd., North Windham, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Cleon Anthony Bruins, no age given, of 34 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, criminal impersonation, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and running a red light. 

Shannon Griffen, no age given, of 33 Adison Pond Rd., Glastonbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Jorge Vega, no age given, of 16 Server St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
