Manchester Police Blotter: Threatening, Breach of Peace and DUI

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of March 1, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 28

Demetrius Blackman, no age given, of 272 Cleveland Ave. Apt. A2, Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence after police responded to a large fifth at 136 Bissell St. and found Demetrius trying to drive away.

Evelyn Burgos, no age given, of 103 Wyllys St., Glastonbury, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Matthew J. Black, 32, of 9 Michele Dr., Somers, was arrested for driving under the influence on Main Street at about 1:15 a.m.

Christos Bellios, 49, of 333 Bidwell St., Manchester, was arrested and charged with violation of probation for a warrant out of Norwalk.

Charles Dermott, no age given, of 342 Brimfield St., Warren, Mass., was arrested at a court in Clinton, Mass., and charged with third-degree larceny and criminal intent to commit third-degree larceny.

March 1

Dawn McKay, no age given, of 54 Cambridge St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of West Middle Turnpike and Dover Road.

Marquis Jimenez, no age given, of 17 Princeton St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics within 1,500 of a school.

Eliezer Cruz, no age given, of 542 Tolland Tpke., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint following a domestic dispute.

Joseph Asarisi, no age given, of 200 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.
