Manchester Police Blotter: Threatening, Assault of a Police Officer and Bootlegging

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 23, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 20 

Jude D. Therrien, no age given, of 36 Pascal Lane Apt. F, Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault. 

Michael K. Twichell, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with third-degree larceny, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to drive properly after a motor vehicle stop revealed that Twichell was driving a stolen car.

Jonathan C. Rec, no age given, of 62 Porter St., Manchester, was charged with possession of cocaine and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

February 21

Clayton Ctullap, no age given, of 130 School St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, threatening and intimidation after police say he got into a domestic incident with his stepfather. 

Carr Dudley, no age given, of 25 Stone St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

Mario Diaz-Garcia, no age given, of 60 Bodwell St. 3rd Floor, Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and criminal simulation after a traffic stop revealed individually packaged marijuana, a large amount of cash and 59 bootleg DVDs. 

Melissa Covello, no age given, of 385 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Sears. 

February 22

Sira An, of 52 Rhodes St., New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. 

Adam Frederick Herr, no age given, of 58 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with threatening, interfering with police and assault of a police officer after police say he actively resisted arrest after a threatening incident. 

Shecnal Hammack, no age given, of 800 Mather St., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Bob's Stores. 

Taylor M. Sears, no age given, of 71 Diane Dr., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace. 

Emila Sears, no age given, of 71 Diane Dr., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace. 

Sabrina M. Bell, no age given, of 75 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

James R. Clark, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with third-degree burglary, criminal attempt and trespass after police say he tried to climb into a freezer at the former Friendly's location on Spencer Street. 

February 23

John Q. McCrorey, no age given, of 25 Bigelow St., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to have headlights illuminated, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Sherry A. McGriff, no age given, of 1160 South Palmetto Ave., Daytona Beach, FL, was charged with failure to appear. 

Nicole Marie Hedges, no age given, of 156 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and making false statements to the police. 

Patrick N. Bennett, no age given, of 156 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Latoya Dunn-Daleen, no age given, of 96 Westerly St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Naomi Resto, no age given, of 1164 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to sell, risk of injury to a minor, operating an illegal drug factory and conspiracy. 

Daniel Leon Thomas, no age given, of 1164 Middle Turnpike West, Manchester, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to sell, risk of injury to a minor, operating an illegal drug factory and conspiracy. 

Dillon Douglas Smith, no age given, of 144 High St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and failure to appear after a physical confrontation with her brother. 

Megan S. Smith, no age given, of 144 High St., Manchester, was charged with with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a physical confrontation with his sister.
