Manchester Police Blotter: Tampering With Evidence, Issuing Bad Checks and Risk of Injury to a Minor

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 22, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 20

Ethane Joseph Levick, no age given, of 51 Greenmanor Rd., Manchester, was charged with four counts of second-degree sexual assault and four counts of risk of injury to a minor. 

Maria G. Rivadeneira, no age given, of 4 Lincoln St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Anna Hope Reisner, no age given, of 590 South Main St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Aaron M. Bengston, no age given, of 490 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

James Joseph Tierinni, no age given, of 448 North Main St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny. 

Kristina M. Holt, no age given, of 6 Birch Hill Dr., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's. 

Glen D. Temple, no age given, of 21 Foxcroft Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

April 21

Raymond Thomas Croteau, no age given, of 18 Monroe Rd., Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Joann M. Sutton, no age given, of 77 Wetherell St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and evading the scene of an accident. 

Rocky J. Levesque, no age given, of 166 Chopper Dr., East Hartford, was charged with issuing a bad check. 

Nycole Marie Mozeleck, no age given, of 72 Grand Ave., Vernon, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace after police say she struck her one-year old child in a public parking lot. 

Herbert R. Jenkins, no age given, of 162 Homestead St. Apt. E, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Dawnette Monique Robinson, no age given, of 175 Center St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Andre Enrique Santome, no age given, of 102 Woodlawn St., West Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Omari H. Branch, no age given, of 72 Maple St., of Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Ashlee Nichole Ruffin, no age given, of 107 Booth Bay St., Bloomfield, was charged with failure to appear. 

Jessica L. Webb, no age given, of 68 Ridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

John Crawford Webb II, no age given, of 175 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. 

April 22 

Jeffrey Wright, no age given, of 28 Elm ST., Rockville, was charged with tampering with evidence, interfering with police, possession of cocaine and possession with intent to sell. 

Evelyn Ortiz, no age given, of 6 Jefferson Lane, East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding. 

Brian Daniel Miltz, no age given, of 103 Loveland Hill Rd., Vernon, was charged with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. 

Robert L. Rivera, no age given, of 1033 Parker St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he stole firewood from Big Y. 

Kelly Babcock, no age given, of 14 Hebron Rd., Andover, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. 

Cleveland S. McDade, no age given, of 466 Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
