October 23

Osborne J. Rogers, no age given, of 157 Park St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Edell Cain, no age given, of 12 Willard St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after a domestic dispute with his sister.

Yolanda Lawrence, no age given, of 52 Oak St. Apt. 11, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

William Stotts, no age given, of 266 N. Main St., Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Newbury Comics.

October 24

Caitlin R. Jones, no age given, of 106 Prospect St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Taylor Collin Mason, no age given, of 202 Bidwell St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of violation of probation.

Shane J. Tully, no age given, of 16 Seymour St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Jose Luis Oyola, no age given, of Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy.

Steven Lee Nieves, no age given, of 95 Spring St., Glastonbury, was charged with breach of peace.

October 25

David Manuel Sr., no age given, of 174 Church St. Apt. 2B, Willimantic, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Roberto Aliciea, no age given, of 185 East Center St. Apt. 3D, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Justin P. Dowiczyk, no age given, of 334 ½ Center St, Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, sixth-degree larceny and breach of peace after police say he tried to flee from Big Y after store employees caught him shoplifting.
