Manchester Police Blotter: Shoplifting, Breach of Peace, and Domestic Disturbances Arrests

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 26, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 26

Lisa M. Beaulieu, no age given, of 25 Ridgewood St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor after police say she was found caring for her seven-month old daughter while “highly intoxicated.”

David John Sposito, no age given, of 96 Loomis St., Bolton, was charged with reckless driving, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics not in their proper container.

Robert C. Frost, of 213 Center St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he allegedly stole a carton of cigarettes from Food Bag.

Fredy Alberto Gonzalez, no age given, of 52 Wellman Rd., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Norris McLeod, no age given, of 76 Webster St., Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Michael James Silva, no age given, of 75 Hockanum Blvd., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening after a domestic disturbance.

Edward L. Girsch, 41 Cheney Lane, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at Shop Rite after police say he was caught trying to leave the store with a shopping cart full of unpaid groceries.

David James Pantaleo, no age given, of 245 Scott Dr., Manchester, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance.

Juan Rafael Caraballo, no age given, of 52 Mercer Ave., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Matthew Tromley, of 74 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police.

Ian Hobert Garvey, no age given, of 79 Park West Dr., Vernon, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Tevon A. Williams, of 239 W. Center St.. Manchster, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, interfering with an emergency call and breach of peace after police say he got into an altercation with the operator of the other motor vehicle after an accident.
