Janiecia Monique Collier, no age given, of 236 Ashley St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.
September 8
Saima Saleem, no age given, of 155 Garth Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's.
September 9
Jason Michael Pinney, no age given, of 203 East St. Apt. A, Hebron, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Sabrina Maria Jennings, no age given, of 38 Diane Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
