Manchester Police Blotter: Sept. 28 - Sept. 30, 2012

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of September 30, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

September 28 

Richard Alphonso Rakers, no age given, of 60 Westbourne Parkway, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective  order. 

Aracelis Licinga, no age given, of 243 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with giving a false statement.

Curtis Allen Deckers, no age given, of 26 Bates Rd., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police. 

April L. Smith, no age given, of 135 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Jason A. Harris, no age given, of 1909 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with interring with police, possession of cocaine, breach of peace, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

September 29 

Priscilla Alvarado, no age given, of 259 Salmon Brook, Granby, was charged with third-degree larceny.

Jason Edward Mistopoulos, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with breach of peace. 

Ray Francisco Seda, no age given, of 128 Barker St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order, breach of peace, second-degree assault and two counts of carrying a dangerous or prohibited weapon. 

Jose Angel Maldonado, no age given, of 170 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving after police said he did doughnuts on the grass at the Squire Village apartments. 

Calvin Andrew Wilson, 42, of 150 Manchester St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting glasses from the mall. 

September 30 

Sharon Kaufman, no age given, of 19 Northfield St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after  police said she got into a physical confrontation with her stepson about cleaning his room. 

Gherardelly Cruz, no age given, of 22 Elliot St. #403, Hartford, was charged with breach of peace. 

Dontarius H. Bournes, no age given, of 218 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Sean Eric Lopes, no age given, of 291 Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
