Manchester Police Blotter: Sept. 25 - Sept. 27, 2012

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of September 27, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

September 25

Erik Jeffery Gorman, no age given, of 56 East Maple St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Harley Joseph Chamberlin, no age given, of 79 Niles Dr., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Mark Evankovich, no age given, of 14 St. Lawrence St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Danny Cartagena, 39, of 255 McKee St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, illegal discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, two counts possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and operating an illegal drug factory. 

Danny D. Cartagena Jr., 21, of 358 Main St., Manchester, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit reckless endangerment and possession of cocaine.

Donald Anthony Daniels, no age given, of 122 Oakland St. A-13, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order and failure to appear.

Shayla M. Pantaleo, no age given, of 245 Scott Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at the mall. 

September 26

Joseph D. Henderson, no age given, of 14 St. Lawrence St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Timothy C. Martin Jr., no age given, of 314 Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Francis Martin Caruso, no age given, of 10 Church St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

September 27

Denelle Marie Clark, no age given, of 23 Silver St., Middletown, was charged with failure to appear. 

Joseph Austin Barfield, no age given, of 40 Thomas St., Vernon, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. 

Cwadasha S. McKay, no age given, of 498 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of risk of injury to a minor after police said she was caught shoplift at the mall with two children present.
