September 22

John L. Iorio, no age given, of 239 Columbia Blvd., Waterbury, was charged with breach of peace and ridicule by race. 

Trevor Webb, no age given, no address provided, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy and identity theft.

Joshua J. Davis, no age given, of 40 Max Felix Dr., Storrs, was charged with driving under the influence. 

September 23

Luis S. Maysonet, no age given, of 62 Alexander St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after an argument with his daughter. 

Lisandra Maysonet, no age given, of 53 Heath St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct after an argument with her father and step-mother. 

Nereda Morales, no age given, of 2 Treat St., West Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct after an argument with her step-daughter. 

William Jusino, no age given, of 580 Woodbridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Nicholas Mangene, no age given, of 15 Prospect St. #10, New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation. 

Allison M. Zarzyrski, no age given, of 206 Hitten Dr., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

September 24

Lisa S. Cousineaul, no age given, of 232 Millpond Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with interfering with police. 

Sergio Lima-Chalpeno, no age given, of 843 Main St., Manchester, was charged with unlawful restraint and second-degree threatening.
