September 17

Frederic Burgos, no age given, of 32 Valley St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, threatening and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Stephanie Lauren Goll no age given, of 33 Oljay Terrace, Milford, was charged with three counts of violation of probation and sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Express and Victoria's Secret. 

Ashlyn D. Newman, no age given, of 14 McClintock Rd., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

September 18 

John Joseph Callahan, no age given, of 31 Olga Ave., Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Rhanda A. Nye, no age given, of 33 John Mack Rd., Hampton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Carlos Patrick Vega, 32, of 148 Edgerton St. #A-6, Manchester, was charged with second degree larceny and third-degree larceny.
