The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of September 11, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

September 9 

Douglas J. Smith, no age given, of 85 Swanee Rd., East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Ashley Lari Ross, no age given, of 115 Nutmeg lane Apt. 324, East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Yessenia Yonne Rodriguez, no age given, of 418 Farmington Ave. Apt. 6, New Britain, was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

Jahkai L. McCray, no age given, of 24 Hill Farm Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. 

Kathleen Ana Muratore, 20, of 672 Park St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Payless and two counts of failure to appear.

Chrissy M. Smith, no age given, of 148 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and third-degree burglary. 

September 11

Raymond Lee Phillips, no age given, of 9 High Court, East Hartford, was charged with five counts of failure to appear. 

Dwight J. Benjamin, no age given, of 145 Winterwood Rd., Windsor, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny. 

, 41, of 565 Hilliard St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny. 

Jeannette W. Saunders, no age given, of 297 Preston St., Windsor, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass. 

Steven Langley, no age given, of 21 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.
