Manchester Police Blotter: Reckless Endangerment, Interfering With Police and Drug Busts

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of March 8, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

March 6

Fallon Nicole Vanovdenhove, no age given, of 61 Marion Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after police say she bit her boyfriend's hand during an argument. 

Anthony Bernard McCullough, no age given, of 101 Van Block Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and operating an illegal drug factory.

Jeffrey Lloyd Chastain, no age given, of 1A Prospect St., Rockville, was charged with criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and possession of marijuana.

James D. Harrington, no age given, of 72 Mill Stream Rd., Amston, was charged with two counts of interfering with police and breach of peace.

Carlos Rivera-Gonzalez, no age given, of 21 Ridgewood St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin. 

Colleen A. Quinn-Caruso, no age given, of15B Village St., Willington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

March 7

Ahmad K. Al-Qaddumi, no age given, of 368 Windsor St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Aviva V. Brady, 466 Shore Drive, Branford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy. 

Eric John Sumler Jr., no are given, of 530 Park St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree robbery and conspiracy. 

Jessica Johnson, no age given, of 231 Ellington Rd., South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a  minor, interfering with police and driving under the influence after police say she was found intoxicated in her car with her eight-month old child in the car and admitted to using PCP. 

Jeremy Coelho, no age given, of 385 Cabin Rd., Colchester, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession within 1,500 feet of a school and emissions violations. 

March 8

Jose M. Morales, no age given, of 182 Eldridge St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Thomas H. Bailey, no age given, of 1 Carolyn Dr., Hebron, was charged with breach of peace, criminal attempt, third-degree assault, carrying of a dangerous or prohibited weapon and second-degree reckless endangerment after police say he provoked a fight with a victim's boyfriend by honking his horn at her, then tried to run the boyfriend over with his car. 

Michael Phillip Islieb, no age given, of 387 Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Marilyn B. Ganglott, no age given, of 154 South Main St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Rite Aid.
