August 26

Washington E. Solis-Rojas, no age given, of 261 Henry St., Manchester, was charged with unlawful restraint, breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call and third-degree assault.

David William Laflamme, no age given, of 13 Wildwood Rd., Colchester, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

August 27

Stephanie Smith, no age given, of 72 Wadsworth St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police.

Lindsey Martin, no age given, of 204 Root Rd., Coventry, was charged with breach of peace.

Andrew Cormier, no age given, of 83A Rachel Rd., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Kristin L. Duchesne, no age given, of 631 Talcottville Rd., Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence.

David F. Barlow, no age given, of 287 Burnham St., Manchester, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving and evading responsibility in for an accident after police say he rammed his car into his ex-girlfriend’s car and then fled the scene.

Terris Ezar Anderson, 32, of 515 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Bernadette Marie Glover, 39 of 17 Bank St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

August 28

Vanessa Melendez, no age given, of 194 School St., Manchester, was charged with reckless burning, breach of peace, interfering with police and assault of a police officer after police say she set her father’s girlfriend’s clothes on fire and then fought with police.

Michael Lawrence Spirer, no age given, of 16 Deacons Lane, Wilton, CT, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey Scott Wetzel, no age given, of 210 Pine St. Apt. 238, Manchester, was charged with third-degree trespass, criminal attempt, and breach of peace after police say he tried to force his way into an apartment on Pine Street.

Sharon Marie Kaufman, no age given, of 19 Northfield St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Gary Elco, no age given, of 19 Northfield St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Ana Elise Maldonado, no age given, of 196 School St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, breach of peace and criminal mischief.

August 29

Rodolfo Tellez-Diaz, no age given, of 68 Woodbridge St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police and breach of peace after a fight.

Luis E. Jordan, no age given, of 68 Woodbridge St., was charged with breach of peace after a fight.

Jessica Baez, no age given, of 18 Westfield St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, reckless endangerment and reckless burning.

August 30

Roger Chapell, no age given, of 36 Oakland Terrace Apt. 3, Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, unlawful restraint and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Shantay Bridgette Clark, no age given, of 60 Woodland Dr., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal mischief.

Evelyn Eileen Ayala, no age given, of 344 Valley St., Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.

Darlene K. Poulin, no age given, of 51 Mill St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and interfering with police.

Joseph L. Rickert, no age given, of 53 Mills St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and criminal mischief after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend.

Georgia A. Jennings, no age given, of 180 John Olds Dr. #211, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute with her husband.

James Jennings, no age given, of 180 John Olds Dr. #211, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute with his wife.

Joshua Lee Torres, 21, of 12 Moore St., Manchester, was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon after police say he was found in possession of a box cutter and a BB gun that looked like a pistol.
