Manchester Police Blotter: Reckless Endangerment, Assault, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Bryanna Rose Mitchell, no age given, of 138 School St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after police say she punched her father in the face and broke a glass door.

Varees Cornelius Robinson, 30, of 99 West Euclid St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree burglary, unlawful restraint, sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of first-degree criminal trespass.

Howard Brown, no age given, of 207 Cornwall St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mary L. Anderson, no age given, of 243 North Main St. Apt. 3, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

George Luis Rivera, no age given, of 97 Mather St., Manchester, was charged with reckless endangerment after police say he rammed his girlfriend’s car with his during an argument.

Jerome Wesley Jenkins, no age given, of 11 Turtle Creek Lane, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, violation of a protection order, and interfering with police.

Eddie Ortiz Jr., no age given, of 100 Eddy Glover Blvd., New Britain, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle after a traffic accident. 

Laurie F. Schultz, address listed as “homeless,” was charged with disorderly conduct.

Albert E. Seables Jr., no age given, addressed listed as “homeless,” was charged with reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

Katerry Lynn Desrosiers, no age given, of 31 French Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Natasha S. Decaprio, no age given, of 87 Courgar Drive, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Keontia R. Lumpkin, 32, of 599 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.

Michael Isham, no age given, of 122 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with operating under suspension and leaving the scene of an accident.
