Manchester Police Blotter: Potato Chip Dispute Leads to Arrest

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Nov. 30, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Manchester Police charged Patrick John Farrell, no age given, of 53 Frances Dr., Manchester, with disorderly conduct on Monday, Nov. 28, after police say he slapped a victim across the face over a dispute involving potato chips.

Eric Finkbein Sr., no age given, of 30 Chesbro Bridge Rd., Columbia, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Cheryl E. Provelcher, no age given, of 30 Woodside Park, Enfield, was charged with five counts of illegal use of a credit card, five counts of third-degree forgery, five counts of criminal impersonation and making false statements after police say she went to the Enfield Police Department to file a complaint but was found to have warrants out of Manchester.

Steven T. Boliz, no age given, of 3 Eiden Ave. #2, Waterbury, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of weapons in a motor vehicle.

Brian Mark Mitchell, no age given, of 10 Burns Ave., Enfield, was charged with credit card theft.

Brett Alen Saunders, no age given, of 82 North St. #1, Manchester, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Kedine Tamara Redway, no age given, of 140 Ford Rd., Windsor, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after police say he got into a physical altercation at the mall.

Shantavia S. Batchelor, no age given, of 133 Roosevelt St., New Britain, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after police say he got into a physical altercation at the mall.

Jonathan L. Peak, no age given, of 84 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, criminal attempt and first-degree assault.

Jonny Angel Marquez-Rosado, no age given, of 1J Thompson Rd., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Mark Peter LaFontaine, no age given, of 34 Huyshope Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.

November 29

Bobbi L. Shaw, no age given, of 12 Newman St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Donald Ray Shaw, no age given, 27, of 822 Main St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear and violation of a protective order.

Peter John Hayes, no age given, of 45 Goodwin St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lindsay Nicole Krysiak, no age given, of 883 Bread & Milk Street, Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Amanda Hubbard Merisotis, no age given, of 149 Cornwall Dr., Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Robert Orr Quagliaroli, 32, of 102 Wetherell St. #36, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Danielle Renee West, 24, of 102 Wetherell St. #36, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Ember L. Summerlin, no age given, of 13 Margaret Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy after police say she fraudulently returned items to Home Depot, where she was employed.

Nicolle Sophia Archambault, no age given, of 123 Eldridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and threatening.

Jorge Vega Jr., no age given, address not listed, of Manchester, was charged with threatening, breach of peace, harassment and failure to appear.

Steven R. Pinto Jr., no age given, of 75 Lyness St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.
